Customized Trucker Hats

AFTER YOU ORDER

Send an email with:

order number

hat color

custom logo/design

embroidery colors/design specifics

if you chose add on location specify:

left side/ right side

 *Please purchase after you are LOGO READY! You must have a clear, non blurry image of your design ready for submission at the time of your purchase. Please only send me one logo to use. I do not assist with creating/editing your logos.

*If you chose the add-on location option you will submit two individual logos/designs. One for the front, and another for the left side/right side. In your email please specify all details.

*Be aware that some hat color ways listed may not be available at your time of purchase and you may have to make another selection. I cannot control if the supplier is out of stock. However, in most cases all color ways are available.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

 After I receive your order and email, you will receive a confirmation email from me directly and we will begin to discuss the design specifics in detail. After consultation, I will provide production timelines and an expected shipping date. After confirming all order details via email consultation, I will begin to digitize your logo, prep and begin production. I will usually send photo proofs at this time.  

 I will always run production based on the order queue on my books. This will determine how long the order will take. I try not to accept more orders than I am able to fulfill, which is why I close my orders often. I don't want any client to have to wait more than 3-4 weeks for a custom order. Please do not order if you have to meet an urgent deadline. Contact me directly if this is the case and you require accommodation. 

The expected shipping date is subject to change but I will try my very best! 

Express shipping is an option for these customs but it does NOT shorten the production time, only the shipping method will be expedited if you make this choice.  

Because these items are fully custom, there are NO REFUNDS. So please be sure to double check your selections before ordering to avoid any trouble and remember that shipping times are subject to change.
